I managed to avoid replying that because, clearly, Dr. J wasn't asking about Green Arrow's Alter Ego.  But that's what happens when you think like a comic book weirdo.  :)

A couple iconic Marvel cover copies.  Amazing #50 done with pastels and Hulk 340 colored with art stix and a pretty ineffective gray colored pencil.  

Thor 351 cover with sharpie and art stix

Copying Simonson today (Thor 351).  Decided to include the background and use art stix to reach the smaller areas somewhat better.  Simonson's Thor run  definitely worth revisiting if you haven't read it in a while.  Cheers!

C requested more comic bookers, so....  This Kirby rip-off (Cap #193 cover) is on a 14 x 17 sheet.  Big enough to use a Sharpie to ink and oil pastels
(aka big thick adult crayons) to color.  Pastels are messy and fun.
