Saturday's UFC main card was insanely entertaining from top to bottom. In the incredible, back-and-forth main event, mr loser's scorecard had rounds 1,4 for McGregor and round 3 for Diaz. Hard-fought rounds 2 and 5 could have gone to either guy - forced to judge I'd give 2 to McGregor and 5 to Diaz.

NetFlix's Stranger Things is a super fun, horror-SF, retro 80s mind bender. Took me a couple episodes to adjust to 90s hipster chic Ryder as 44 year old mom.

Rough outing for Pyle in last month's brawl. He turns 41 in September and is still a competitive, entertaining fighter - amazing.

Mr R Monday Special - Harley Quinn

Haven't seen the flick (still need to see Dawn of Justice, alas). While I'm unloading my comic-book sins, it's time to confess I'm stalled on Gotham, stuck on Daredevil episode 3 and haven't even glanced at Arrow or Flash.
Jeez, what a loser I be. Cheers!

Yet another championship fight surprise Saturday when Woody's thudding overhand right blasted Lawler into dreamland. Wanted to see Lawler vs. Wonderboy - oh well. Uncle Dana needs to give Thompson the next title shot.
